Terms and Conditions

General

♥ Items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
-However I can help you put the items up for re-sale with 30% commission. Price will be set by you.


Not responsible for...


♥ Spreelicious.co.nr will not be liable if the seller runs away with the money.

♥ Spreelicious will not be held responsible for items that were either damaged or lost in the midst of shipping or during postage delivery.

♥We will not be responsible for wrong colours or sizes due to carelessness in your order forms. If the fault lies on the supplier's part, we'll try our best to ask for an exchange/refund.

♥We will not entertain impatient buyers, please don't join the sprees if you are unable to wait. Spree items will arrive in 3-7weeks after my supplier send in the orders. Plus a few more weeks for restocking.
I will not entertain SMSes or Emails asking when the items will arrive, please check the entry on the particular spree for updates.

Orders
♥ People who send in their order form and cancelling either items OR the whole order will be blacklisted. (unless with valid reason. financial problems are not considered valid)

♥ Orders must be in latest THREE days before the closing date.

Payment

♥ All payment must be made within 3 days after your order is confirmed or it will be cancelled.

♥ Payment must be made before I place your order.

♥ Please bring the exact amount of money as change will not be given.

Refunds
♥Full refunds will be given ONLY if the items you ordered are OOS or the spree has been cancelled due to poor response.

♥ Payment made before cancelling of orders will NOT be refunded.


Fines
♥ Spree-licious reserves the right to impose a fine if you're late or unable to make it for meetups without prior notice.
-Cost of fines vary with the distance and time I have to travel/have waited.

♥ Every 10 minutes late will be fined $1 (unless with valid reason)
