General

♥ Items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
-However I can help you put the items up for re-sale with 30% commission. Price will be set by you.


Not responsible for...


♥ Spreelicious.co.nr will not be liable if the seller runs away with the money.

♥ Spreelicious will not be held responsible for items that were either damaged or lost in the midst of shipping or during postage delivery.

♥We will not be responsible for wrong colours or sizes due to carelessness in your order forms. If the fault lies on the supplier's part, we'll try our best to ask for an exchange/refund.

♥We will not entertain impatient buyers, please don't join the sprees if you are unable to wait. Spree items will arrive in 3-7weeks after my supplier send in the orders. Plus a few more weeks for restocking.
I will not entertain SMSes or Emails asking when the items will arrive, please check the entry on the particular spree for updates.

Orders
♥ People who send in their order form and cancelling either items OR the whole order will be blacklisted. (unless with valid reason. financial problems are not considered valid)

♥ Orders must be in latest THREE days before the closing date.

Payment

♥ All payment must be made within 3 days after your order is confirmed or it will be cancelled.

♥ Payment must be made before I place your order.

♥ Please bring the exact amount of money as change will not be given.

Refunds
♥Full refunds will be given ONLY if the items you ordered are OOS or the spree has been cancelled due to poor response.

Fines
♥ Spree-licious reserves the right to impose a fine if you're late or unable to make it for meetups without prior notice.
-Cost of fines vary with the distance and time I have to travel/have waited.

If you want me to supply sprees, please take note that I will only supply sprees from Supplier C. Fill in the form found below if you want me to supply, I will not entertain blogshops if they did not fill in the form below for supply.



To check if the spree is from which supplier, check the top of the post. I will type which supplier the spree is from. Shipping fees can be found at the sidebar. (Click on the image to enlarge.)

First time ordering : You must reach a minimum order of 15 and you'll get $0.70 off the handling fee per item.
Therefore, if you buy 15 items, you'll get $10.50 off.
Actual: $2 x 15 = $30
After discount: $19.50


Second time onwards : You will receive $1 off for every 10 item and $0.50 off for the rest.
Therefore, if you buy 15 items, you'll get $12 off.
Actual: $2 x 15 = $30
After discount: $18

Please take note that my supplier will make payment to the Taiwan seller through (i)Concealed cash or (ii)Credit Card payment.

(i)Concealed cash will be sent by registered mail and the cost will be shared among YOU.

(ii)Paypal will be used if Tawain Seller does not accept concealed cash. Paypal charges will be shared among YOU.

How do I calculate the total cost of my purchases in SGD?

When is Spree XXX ending? How will I know if my orders are confirmed?

>The status of the spree can be found at the side with the orders written below the spree name. Please check if the amount of money you have to pay is correct and if the link is the item that you want to buy. If I have not update your status, drop me a mail or msn me.


Do you supply?

>I do supply but only for sprees from Supplier C. For the rates, you can find them here. Email or msn me for any enquiries.


How long do I have to wait for my items to reach me?

> The standard waiting time is 1month - 1.5months. Add another week for me to collect your purchases and meet you. However, if items are under restocking, you'll be required to wait for another month or more.


Can you send in my orders to your supplier first? Without waiting for you to reach the capping?

>I can send in your orders to my supplier first. However, as my suppliers have a minimum capping required/closing deadline, you'll still have to wait till my supplier has meet their requirements.

Even though I state that I need XXX orders before I'll send in the orders, I will still send in your order for the particular spree even if there's only 1 order.


Can you email me updates on the particular spree I'm ordering from or email me when you have new sprees etc?

>No problem! Just leave me a tag! However please do state if you want to receive updates on only a particular spree OR when I have any updates.


How will refunds be done?

>Refunds will not be given if the size and colour of the item is not suitable for you/different from the photos. However, if goods are damaged during the process of shipping (from Taiwan to Singapore), I'll try to ask for an exchange/refund.


Will the items I buy still be in their original package?

>I will open every item to ensure that they are not damaged and re-pack them. If damages are found, I will hold on to that item and ask for an exchange with my supplier.


How are the shipping fees calculated?

>A list of shipping fees can be found on the top of the sidebar. Click on the image to enlarge them. Please take note that sprees from Supplier A will only pay the shipping fee as second payment. Shipping fees might differ from the list for supplier B and C because they might take certain items as denim material even if you don't regard the item as denim material.


How would I know if you will not scam me?

>You can take down my IC number when I meet you for payment so that you can report to the police if I ever cheat your money. However, I will only do this if your purchases amount to $200 and above OR when you've purchased at least 10 items from me.

Payment and Collection

Payment
You can make payment via concealed cash OR meetups.

Meetup
There will be no meetup charge for meetups (payment only) however it is strictly to my convenience. Please remember to ask for my number and send me a sms to remind me around 2 hours before the meeting time.


Concealed cash
This is not advisable as it is not that safe and Spree-licious will not be responsible for lost mails. If you insist, you're advised to use coloured envelopes. (: My address will be given once your order is confirmed.


Collection
Delivery Service
I can deliver the item to your doorstep personally. This is safest and most convenient for you.
However, you will have to pay for my taxi fare x2. This is for the two-way trip! I will ask the taxi uncle for a reciept


Meetup
Please refer to the list at the sidebar for charges at certain meetup venues. Meetups at Commonwealth is free on school days only (unless I'm back to school for CCAs) and Bt Batok is free for the whole week.


Postage
You can choose either Normal Postage OR Registered Postage. I would encourage Registered Postage because it is safer. Spree-licious will not be responsible for lost mails if you choose Normal Postage.

Postage charges as follows.

Large:
$1 per 100g
$1.20 per 250g
$1.70 per 500g
$2.75 per 1kg
$3.50 per 2kg

For Registered Postage, there will be an additional charge of $2.50.

If you are unsure of the weight, please pay $4 (excluding $2.50 for Resgistered Postage) and the leftover amount will be sent back together with your purchases.

To calculate the price of the item you are interested in, take 直接購買價 x 0.055.

Calculation for Supplier A sprees
First payment = [total price in NT直接購買价 x 0.055] + [no. of items x respective handling charge]

Second payment = Shipping Fee (Divided among participants)


Calculation for Supplier B sprees
[total price in NT直接購買价 x 0.055] + [no. of items x respective handling charge] + [shipping fee x respective items]


Calculation for Supplier C sprees
[[total price in NT直接購買价 x 0.055] + [no. of items x respective handling charge] + [shipping fee x respective items]



I have three suppliers for spree. I will put if the spree is from Supplier A, B or C. You can then have an easier time counting the shipping fee. Shipping fees can be found on the sidebar.

I only supply sprees by Supplier C!!!
